Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all Nothosaur tags attached, ensuring the garments are in their original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at any authorized courier location and use the provided tracking number to monitor your return's journey back to our warehouse.
